Casa Monterey is a beautiful duplex with terrace and outdoor jacuzzi located in Playa Blanca and only 550 metres from the beach. The holiday accommodation of 97 m² and capacity for 4 persons, is furnished with modern and tasteful furniture. At the entrance of the house, there is a terrace with outdoor dining table and pergola, ideal to enjoy an outdoor meal, from the terrace, you can access directly to the living room with leather sofa and armchair, Smart TV with widescreen, air conditioning and free Wifi.

The open plan kitchen, which connects to the living room, is fully equipped with ceramic hob, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, kettle and juicer, dishwasher, fridge and a complete kitchenware and a table/bar with stools, ideal for breakfast. On the same floor is the bedroom with washing machine and cleaning utensils, a bathroom with shower and an office with a desk, an elegant sofa and a large wardrobe. The stairs lead to the first floor, where there is a bedroom with 2 single beds and en-suite bathroom with shower, and the master bedroom with double bed, TV, air conditioning and en-suite bathroom with shower and access to the terrace.

This second terrace of the duplex has two sunbeds for sunbathing and a jacuzzi, ideal for relaxing during your holidays. The holiday accommodation is only 550m from the sandy beach "Playa Dorada", the centre of Playa Blanca is only 1km away with all amenities such as supermarkets, bars, restaurants, beach bars, pharmacies, banks and shops.
